Louise (Sjostedt) Kernmeur, 57, of Plainville, Passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at the Apple Valley Rehab. She was the wife of David E. Kernmeur.
She was born on Sept. 3, 1958 in Leominster, MA, the daughter,of David and Jeanne (Lacasse) Sjostedt of Plantsville. She was a 1976 Graduate of Southington High School and had attended CCSC. She was employed by the former Southington Savings Bank for over 20 years and she had also worked for the Hartford Courant as a closed caption specialist.
Louise loved animals especially her dogs, she enjoyed to travel and was an Avid reader. She had a great sense of humor.
Besides her husband and parents she leaves a son Andrew and his wife Jessica Kemmeur of Windham, ME and her cherished grandchildren Owen and Adelynn. She also is survived by a brother Michael Sjostedt of East Hampton, MA and a sister Laurie and her. husband David McCarty of Bristol as well as 2 nieces Emily and Amanda McCarty.
Funeral services will be held’ on Saturday,. April 9, .2016 at 12 noon at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St Southington. – Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be Saturday morning from 10am -12 noon.
