Tina (Albert) Baruffi, 58, of Shelton, passed away on March 3 at Griffin Hospital.
She was born in France on March 31, 1954, and lived in Plainville for about 40 years. She attended Plainville schools, and later served in the National Guard for ten years.
Tina was a devoted wife of eight years to Christopher Downey of Shelton, and loved her dogs. Besides her husband, she also leaves behind her mother, Marie (Gervais) Albert, and a sister, Debra Albert of Florida. She was predeceased by her father, Joseph R. Albert. She will be missed by many.
Her burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Donations can be made to the American Heart Association or the National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society.
